Online backup submission

My team and I are putting the finishing touches on our film and plan to give it to the overnight courier this morning (We are in Christchurch), But I'm suddenly struck with paranoia as to if the courier fails to get it there before 5 tomorrow. I know we'd be gutted to have wasted those months work, would it be possible to post a copy online or something in case the courier fails to meet its target time, just to prove it was finished before the deadline? I'm sure I could get it compressed to a managable size and just put it on rapidshare or something.

Think you'll be OK. I sure I'm right in saying that the info says as long as it's post-marked before 5pm on the 3/10 it doesn't matter when it arrives. The Movie Detail Form states "This movie detail form and your movie must be posted by 5pm, 3 October 2008 to our Post Office Box..."
So it doesn't have to be in MovieFest's hands by 5pm. I remember it worked this way last year. I'm posting my two entries today as that was my understanding.

Indeed - we just want it in the post on Friday - so no need to pay $26 to the courier for next day delivery on Thursday. a stamp and a prayer is just as good
As long as we have it before Sunday 12th when we do the tech checks - it's fine.
