[Discuss MovieFest] Due date

Regards Due Date:

We will be checking postmarks, so ensure your movie is posted (or  
couriered) by 5pm (close of post) on the 11th.  We prefer trackable  
couriers, but what ever works.

If you need a physical address the post office is located in the  
Paperplus Store in Upper Hutt, but in my experience the courier  
leaves it there anyway - rather than delivering it to our door, so I  
would ignore them if they say they can't deliver to the post office,  
NZ Post have confirmed that are required to deliver it to the Post  
Office Box is addressed as such.

If you choose to post it normal post, it can take longer to get here  
- we accept that your choice of postage could disadvantage you if we  
had to have entries to us 'before' the 11th - hence why we accept  
entries posted on the 11th.  Just don't miss that date, or you might  
miss out.

With your Movie you MUST include:

A Movie Detail Form - http://MovieFest.org.nz/MDF.pdf (unless you  
have already entered MOVIE details online)
Payment ($30 per movie if you haven't already)
You must also sign the Terms and Conditions on the (back) of the MDF.pdf

Include your team name etc as reference - and email  
payments at movieefst.org.nz and let them know you've paid.
