As long as you own the rights to "perform" it - i.e. you composed it  
or have obtained a release from the copy right owner.
Generally a Google of "royalty free music" will bring up a multitude  
of pieces of music - just remember where you got them - in case your  
movie makes it big, and a million companies want to broadcast it.

My personal recommendation is that you use GarageBand (Mac) or  
something musical, and make your own. Or twist the arm of a local  
band or someone you know...
