Hi!

I trust you all got notice of the finalists, and the details of the
Awards Ceremony and Screenings on Saturday the 30th September. I had
a few queries while I was on holiday - so I thought i'd let you all
know what is happening:

The Illot Theatre is at 111 Wakefield St, Access from Civic Square or
Wakefield Street, on the ground floor of the Wellington Town Hall.
Wotzon has a profile of the venue:
<http://www.wotzon.com/profilepage.html?comp_id=1001757&CatID=2>

All the Movies will be screened from 10am. We should have
approximate times for the screening of your movie up shortly oince
the screenings order is fianlised. Entry is via gold coin donation -
and viewers choice votes will be taken. We'd encourage you to attend
- or find someone in Wellington to attend for you and vote for your
movie on the day. If the movies finish screening prior to the awards
ceremony there may be time for an additional on demand screening of
your movie - if you miss it during the morning.

The Awards ceremony kicks off at 4:30pm and should be about 90
minutes long. If you need accommodation for the night - there are a
few events on in Wellington that weekend - so it might be a bit
full. If you are really stuck I can probably dig out a few beds from
friends around town ;)

As of yet I don't have an ETA for the movies to go online for voting
as well. I promise (again) to get more of the scores online tonight.
Just been on a bit of a family holiday up in Taupo and Palmerston
(Feilding) - and back again (got sick again!) and looking forward to
the awards ceremony.

Thanks again to you all and to our Sponsors for this great MovieFest
experience. It's (being) been a blast! Can't wait for 2007!
