Hi guys,

With the launch of New Zealand YouTube today, I've created a group  
for MovieFest (well, it already existed in the US site)

Feel free to join the group, and upload your shorts (after the awards  
ceremony 27th Oct). I'll be progressively adding older MovieFest  
entries in the next few months, and showcasing and discussing them.   
I might even posta  few of the behind the scenes stuff from previous  
MovieFests.

Early next year we'll be looking at running a 1-minute movie  
competition - we'll give you the weekend to put a 1 minute short  
together, and then upload. We've run a few trials with an hour long  
timeframe and 6-10 year old kids.. and it was cool.
