The license on Freeplay <http://www.freeplaymusic.com/> allows free
synchronisation (use on a film production that is broadcast or
screened) as long as you provide a compliant Music Cue sheet listing
the music used and it's timing.

An example of this is at
<http://www.ascap.com/musicbiz/cue_sheet_corner/pdf/SampleCueSheet.pdf>
eg:

    Sample Music Cue Sheet
Series/Film Title: Urban Skies Company Name: Urban Skies
Productions
Episode Title/Number: Grape Soda (#12) Address: 7920 Sunset
Blvd., L.A., CA 90027

It is recommended best practice to do this sort of thing for all
productions - and ensure you have clearances for all works used - be
they performances, images or sound. We would only require you to
produce the clearances if there was a question about your movie.
Refer also to <http://MovieFest.org.nz/guidelines> and <http://
www.freeplaymusic.com/faq/freeplayquestions.php>
We do have clearance forms available if you don't have one yourself.

As for the list of teams - most of you will have received an email
confirming your registration - and an invite to the entrants mailing
list. If you haven't - you may have recently sent it in - or your
contact details on the registration form may have been entered
incorrectly or have a bad email address. I did get a number of
bounces.. but I also have about 10 recent ones I haven't yet
processed, and one bad cheque :|

When I get some time - I'll double check a few entries
